Colin Terras is a Regional Vice President for PCL Construction, one of North America’s largest construction firms with offices across the US and Canada. Colin has over 28 years of diverse industry experience. Prior to joining PCL’s US Corporate office in Denver, CO, Colin directed PCL’s Building’s southwestern office in Los Angeles, CA. He has provided leadership on several high-profile projects including LAUSD Central Los Angeles High School #9, Kaiser Anaheim Medical Office Building, UCLA Life Sciences Replacement Building, CSU Fullerton Student Housing Phase III, and the Hotel Conference Center and Regal Cinemas at LA LIVE. In addition to his contributions to operations, Colin has been an active proponent of PCL’s guiding principles and core values. Being a 100% employee owned company, strong values run deep. Colin believes each employee should accept responsibility for acquiring knowledge and new skills, and for helping others to learn. Colin is a passionate advocate of safety within the construction industry and currently works with PCL’s safety user’s group. Colin holds a Bachelor of Technology/Project Management degree from Ryerson Polytechnic University.
