Based in Detroit, Michigan’s ACE affiliate gives students from local public high schools a “hands-on” look at career opportunities in architecture, construction and engineering. Working in teams under the mentorship of expert professionals from building industry firms, students visit construction sites, tour professional offices and engage in projects that simulate “real-world” situations.
The result is an exciting way to learn more about the building industry and its career opportunities.
In addition, ACE Detroit provides financial assistance to students who pursue a post-high-school course of study leading to a career in the building industry.
