Beyond his professional responsibilities, Blake is also a passionate champion for mentorship, education, and workforce development. He has been involved with the ACE DC Mentor Program since 2010. Over the past 15 years, he has served as a mentor, board member, scholarship committee chair, and for the last four years, he has led the board as its president. His leadership has helped expand scholarship opportunities, strengthen community and school partnerships, and inspire countless students to pursue careers in architecture, engineering, and construction.
