Carole Lamb
Architect, Johnson and Bailey
ACE Mentor Program of Greater Nashville

Carole has been a mentor, team leader and board member with the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Nashville for better than five years – and her inspiration and commitment are evident. As the Team Lead at Central Magnet, she set up meetings with other schools in Rutherford County, where she engaged with other area students, mentors, and the newly recruited school champions.

When there were no school champions able to sponsor the opportunity, she recruited committed parents from the school. She’s also been central to the expansion of the ACE program at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).

As a board member, she recruits mentors, helps train other new team leaders, and serves on a Strategic Planning Committee to help promote the school system and school champion relationships.

Mikayla Harris, ACE alum an architecture student at University of Tennessee – Knoxville, says, “Through her unwavering commitment to the ACE Mentoring Program, she has given countless students the foundation to thrive in their field of choice. She is the epitome of what I picture to be the perfect mentor.
