Jeff Shoaf has been with AGC for more than 30 years. He headed up government relations for more than 20 years, then served as Chief Operating Officer and now Chief Executive Officer.

Under his leadership, AGC has continued strengthening its support for members and chapters by embracing AI in communications and operations, expanding virtual training, enhancing marketing, and improving its membership database.

AGC is a leading advocate on Capitol Hill and before federal regulatory agencies. In recent years, the association has also expanded its litigation efforts through the Construction Advocacy Fund to help improve public policy outcomes for the construction industry and its clients.

Today, AGC continues to deliver trusted advocacy, world-class education, and valuable connections that help construction firms and professionals succeed.
