It is already time for our annual end of year Project Presentation Event!

Students will be presenting their projects on April 8th, 2019 on the Fourth Floor of Glass Hall here in Springfield Missouri. We are excited to see what they have been able to achieve this year and hope you will join us! Family and friends of the students are free to attend. Industry professionals and community partners are able to purchase tickets.

We do need your help to make the evening a success! Download the sponsorship form and submit it by March 15, 2019 to receive tickets with your package! Email any questions to us.

Primatara Wine Cave Industry Fundraiser Event.

We are proud to announce our first annual Industry Fundraiser Event. The venue has been graciously donated by Rob Lowe and will include a tour of his personal wine cave, food and drinks and conversation about ACE Mentor Program of the Ozarks. This event is private due to the venue but photos will be posted soon along with a News update about how things go. We are excited to see what community partnerships we can create at this event to help establish a long future for ACE of the Ozarks.

Build My Future is almost here!

Each year the City of Springfield hosts their annual Build My Future student experience with local industry businesses and organizations. Once again ACE will have a booth and would love to meet you! Make sure to register for the event thru your school and stop by our table to pre-register for the 2019-2020 program year.

Kick Off Event 2018-2019 Program Year

All registered students should plan to join us September 24th , 5:30-7:30pm at our launch for the 2018-2019 program year. The Kick Off Event this year will be held at Parkview High School Commons Area and will include food, a quick welcome from the board, a review of the program calendar and team assignments. Parents are encouraged to attend this event, we will provide critical information and an opportunity for you to meet your student’s mentors. Students will receive important information about the year, receive their project presentation packets and participate in an ice breaker with their team. Don’t miss out, we look forward to seeing you all there!

Annual Mentor Training Event

August 28th, 2018 at 5:30-8pm will be our annual mentor training event. All mentors need to attend and will receive invitations with more information. It will be held at the Workforce Development office again this year, 2900 E. Sunshine, Springfield MO Dogwood A.

ACE Program Informational Meeting

August 23rd, 2018 at 5:30pm will be an informational meeting about the ACE Program for students and parents who have questions or want to learn more before committing to the year. It will be held at the Builder’s Association on 521 S. Ingram Mill Road, Springfield MO. It will be short and informal. Come out and ask questions about the year and get a quick peek at our upcoming program schedule.

Join us for our first annual Ground Breaking Event 2018!

Students will be presenting their project presentations before a judging panel, awards and recognitions for the program year will be given out and light refreshments will be served. Students will have a select number of tickets to give to family and friends, if you would like to attend and show support for the work they have put in this year, contact us, or go to our home page and click the sponsor form for additional information.

Join Us at Our Kick Off Event for the 2017-2018 program year!

September 26th , 5:30-7pm will be our official launch for the 2017-2018 program year. The Kick Off Event will be held at the Glendale High School Commons Area and will include a quick welcome, a recap of the year and team assignments, and Q&A for the students. Parents are encouraged to attend. It is an excellent opportunity to meet your student’s mentors and ask questions before the year begins. Students will receive important information about the program and their phase 1 packets, “Introduction to the Trades”. We look forward to meeting everyone!

We are hosting an Informational Meeting on Thursday, May 4th at the Pitch Pizza & Pub (2924 E. Sunshine Street, Springfield MO). Come out and join us from 5:30-7pm to talk about the program, how it works, and what mentoring is all about. Food is not provided but is available. Email us with any questions or to RSVP!
