Eric Reichard, LEED AP, BD+C

Eric serves as President and CEO of Rodgers Builders, one of the nation’s top construction management firms with offices across the Carolinas. Since joining the company more than 34 years ago as an assistant superintendent, he has advanced through leadership roles including Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer, and currently serves as President and CEO. A licensed professional engineer and LEED Accredited Professional, Eric brings deep expertise in project delivery, team development, and client partnerships across healthcare, education, cultural, and commercial markets.

Eric is committed to advancing the next generation of builders and teaches construction management at UNC Charlotte, his alma mater, where he earned a degree in civil engineering. He has served on numerous community and nonprofit boards, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Charlotte, Classroom Central, the National Junior Colleges Athletic Association Foundation and the UNC Charlotte Foundation Board. He is the current chair of the UNC Charlotte William States Lee College of Engineering Board of Advisors as well as the chair of the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors.

Eric is active in supporting workforce development and education initiatives that strengthen both the construction industry and the communities Rodgers serves.

Since 2007, Rodgers has been a founding partner of the ACE Mentor Program of Charlotte, with company leaders serving as mentors, hosting students on project sites, and providing scholarships to support their continued education.
