Bill has served in his current role at Brixmor Property Group since September 2023, when he was named Chief Redevelopment Officer. He served as Executive Vice President, Development/Redevelopment at Brixmor since July 2017. His team’s focus is to pursue and execute value-accretive investment opportunities to create a truly memorable customer experience.

“We evaluate the existing asset viability, research the current market conditions and determine the appropriate direction to exceed the community’s expectations for the next asset lifecycle of 20 years. That means seeking the convergence of interests for our customers, tenants, local community and Brixmor shareholders alike.”

Prior to Brixmor, Bill served as Executive Vice President, Development for Equity One, Inc. and as Vice President, Development and former President – KDI for Kimco Realty Corporation. Bill received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California.

Bill and his wife Dawn have two married children, a grandson, and two English retrievers.
