Jesus (JJ) Suarez Jr. serves as Vice President of Business Development at CSA Group, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and client engagement efforts across the firm’s architecture, engineering, construction management, and program management practices. He also oversees business development activities throughout North America and works closely with public and private sector clients on major facilities, infrastructure, and transportation programs. JJ holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from American Intercontinental University and a Master of Science in Construction Management from New York University.

JJ has supported the ACE Mentor Program for the past ten years and has served as a mentor, helping students explore careers in architecture, engineering, and construction. In addition to serving on the ACE Mentor Program National Board of Directors, he is committed to advancing ACE’s mission of inspiring and preparing the next generation of industry professionals.
