Lalith Subramanian is Global Vice President of Product Management and Engineering for Construction Solutions at Autodesk.

Previously, Lalith held GM, product, and engineering leadership roles at DocuSign, OpenText and Documentum. At DocuSign, after its acquisition of Seal Software, where he was CPTO, he led the Foundations platform and was responsible for contract analytics, security, and other AI initiatives. Earlier, he guided Documentum through its IPO, several acquisitions and its own acquisition by Dell EMC.

Lalith also serves on the UC Santa Barbara Board of Advisors. He has served on the board of AIIM and advises nonprofit organizations through the Stanford GSB Alumni Consulting Team.
He holds an M.S. in Engineering from The Ohio State University, a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India and several patents.
