Susan Osterberg serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of SSR and is a nationally recognized advocate for workforce development in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. As Chair of the ACEC National Workforce Development Committee, President of ACEC Tennessee, Chair of its Workforce Development & Business Practices Committee, a member of the Nashville Chamber’s Talent Solutions Council Steering Committee, and a Board Member of ACE Mentor Program, Susan is committed to building strong pathways for students and emerging professionals. She is passionate about mentorship and creating opportunities that inspire young people to pursue careers in the built environment. Through her leadership at SSR and across the industry, Susan champions programs that connect students with professionals, expand access to career exploration, and strengthen the future talent pipeline for generations to come.
