Andrew Frankel
Director of Operations & Analysis

Andrew has over 2 decades experience in education, workforce development, and non-profit program management, but is most proud of having founded an after-school mentor program during his college years; pairing his fellow college students with young English learners who needed extra homework support to stay on top of their coursework. Seeing the impact that mentor relationships can have in the lives of young people (and the lives of the mentees) he feels lucky that he gets to continue the work of fostering mentor relationships with ACE on a national scale.

Andrew is responsible for oversight of ACE’s data systems and coordinated services, data collection and analysis and general program operations.
Prior to ACE, Andrew worked at the Marriott Foundation and the Oakland Housing Authority, working with underrepresented individuals to prepare for, obtain, and retain employment opportunities.

He lives in Seattle, WA and enjoys fumbling through woodworking projects.
