Allison Iles

Bio

Allison Iles
West/Midwest Regional Director

Allison was born and raised in Nebraska. After graduating from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, she spent the next nine years teaching a variety of math subjects at Omaha North High School, an urban school focused on STEM education.

During this time, Allison went on to earn two graduate level degrees: Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane University and a Master of Science in School Counseling from Creighton University.

In the fall of 2013, she started a new journey as a high school counselor at Omaha North High School. In 2018, she was chosen to be the Engineering and Design Academy Counselor, which began her connection with the ACE Mentor of Greater Omaha. Through this connection, Allison has witnessed firsthand the positive impact that ACE Mentor has on students through mentoring, scholarships, and informal curriculum.

Allison lives in Omaha with her beautiful wife, Racheal, and their three fur babies: two beagles (Ellie and Walley) and one kitty (Greta Ann). Racheal and Allison love to travel – they had an amazing trip to Scotland but also love traveling within the West/Midwest Region, specifically to Christkindlmarket in Chicago.
