Holly is someone whose impact reaches far beyond a single classroom or site. Holly Ganser has been a cornerstone of the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Boston for nearly a decade. As a long‑time Civil Engineering Discipline Lead and the affiliate’s Student Coordinator, Holly supports students at every stage of their ACE journey, often becoming their first point of connection and one of their most trusted guides. Through her steady leadership, thoughtful communication, and behind‑the‑scenes dedication, Holly has helped grow student participation, strengthen compliance and accountability, and ensure that hundreds of students feel supported, prepared, and confident. Whether mentoring weekly in the classroom, guiding new mentors, or helping students balance real‑world responsibilities, Holly leads with consistency, care, and a focus on student success.
