Monique Brown, ACE Mentor Program of Northeast Florida

Monique Brown has served the ACE Mentor Program of Northeast Florida with five years of passionate, intentional leadership. As a mentor, lead mentor, and founding co‑lead at Paxon School for Advanced Studies, Monique has played a critical role in building strong program foundations and fostering environments where students feel confident, capable, and inspired. Beyond ACE, Monique extends her impact through leadership in the architectural community, strengthening partnerships and expanding access to opportunities for students, particularly those who may not otherwise see themselves in the profession. Her commitment to equity, collaboration, and student growth has enriched programs and opened doors for the next generation of designers and leaders.
