Valerie Tam, ACE Mentor Program of San Francisco Bay Area

Valerie Tam began her ACE journey as a student and has since dedicated more than a decade to giving back as a mentor, team leader, regional leader, and board member. Her enthusiasm, organization, and servant leadership have helped shape programs, mentor teams, and student recruitment efforts across the San Francisco Bay Area. Valerie’s passion for outreach has expanded ACE’s reach, strengthened curriculum, and inspired countless students and alumni to pursue careers in the AEC industry, and to return as mentors themselves. She leads not for recognition, but to ensure every student knows they belong and are capable of success.
